You’ll be working for a leading consumer lender that is enjoying a period of sustained growth. The firm is very ambitious, and the compliance department is expanding (as seen by the creation of this new role). And that means there will be good opportunities for you to progress your career even further.

You’ll take ownership of the Complaints process, proactively managing your caseload to ensure all regulatory timescales are met and all complaints are resolved successfully in line with TCF guidelines.

You’ll also support the Compliance Management team in the execution and delivery of key regulatory changes, and assist with the management on the compliance mailbox, ensuring all queries are swiftly actioned. You’ll support ongoing Compliance training, assist in the resolution of customer complaints and help with SMCR oversight and reporting.

You’ll have already gained some Complaints or Regulatory Compliance experience in the Financial Services arena, preferably within consumer lending. A working understanding of CONC regulations would be advantageous. You’ll also need excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
