Are you skilled in financial banking complaints and looking for a new opportunity to work from home? We have the perfect position for you.

We are currently seeking a Complaint Handler to join our team on a 7-month contract, with the option to work from home. As a Complaint Handler, you will liaise with clients to assess complaints, analyse root causes and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

With this position, you will be paid £19.80 per hour, with a flexible work schedule allowing for great work-life balance. You will be joining a trusted provider operating within a thriving industry, where you will contribute to helping us deliver exceptional customer service each day.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with customers directly to make sure the nature of the complaint is investigated and understood before responding
- Make sure complex, high profile and non-routine complaints are thoroughly and impartially investigated and resolved
- Own the investigation and resolution process for complex and in-depth concerns Identify areas for process, policy and service improvements and suggest fit for purpose solutions in order to drive customer satisfaction and reduce further complaints
- As a Complaints Handler, you'll be taking ownership of complaints and making sure that fair outcomes are achieved for our customers. This will include making sure that due consideration is given to customers who have suffered distress, inconvenience or financial loss.
- You'll be dealing directly with our customers, providing empathy, listening to their concerns and communicating with them regularly as you resolve their complaint.

**Daily Responsibilities**
- Making sure that all complaints are fully and accurately logged and updated on the complaints management system
- Making sure that the nature of the complaint is fully investigated and understood before responding
- Understanding and responding positively to any objections customers may have
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with other parts of the bank to support the delivery of fair outcomes and great customer experiences
- Identifying areas for process, policy and service improvements
