**Complaints Handler**

**Location: Wembley**

**Hours: 40 hours per week**

**Salary: £ 24,960 per annum**

An exceptional GP Practice based in Northwest London are looking for an experienced complaints handler to join their team. Based over a number of sites with a fast growing patient list size of approximately 50,000 with an excellent CQC rating and QOF Results.

Skills and Experience
- Experience of working in customer service environment
- Complaint handling experience is essential
- Be able to product bespoke response letters from scratch
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage varying workloads and priorities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
