**Job Title: Complaints Administrator**
**Work Pattern: 35 Hours a week**
**Contract: Asap start**
**Location: NW1 0DL**
**Pay Rate: £20 p/h Umbrella**
Service Care Solutions are looking for a Complaints Administrator on behalf of our client in Camden. You will work closely with the customer experience coordinator team to resolve customer complaints and support the business in their management.
**Job Role -**
- Drafting complaint responses
- Filling in compensation slips, based on complaint letter
- Sending compensation slips and complaint / ME responses
- Reviewing CRM information related to complaints
- Creating chronology for draft
- Calling customers within 3 days of complaint
- Awareness the of Housing sector
- Good IT skills
- Managing complaint caseloads
- Analysing and producing statistical reports
- Experience using a CRM.
