The Complaints and Compliance Team is a small team that deals with student complaints, appeals, and disciplinary processes. It also deals with Freedom of Information and Subject Access requests to ensure that the University is meeting its obligations in these areas.

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual to provide high quality administrative support for the Complaints & Compliance Officer and deliver a range of core administrative activities, including handling the Freedom of Information and data requests under the GDPR, maintaining trackers and minuting and assisting with preparation for various formal hearings and meetings.

As well as excellent IT skills, the post holder will have proven experience of recording and keeping records. A methodical approach and attention to detail are essential. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to proactively deal with staff and students across the organisation. Experience of compliance or working with students will be an advantage.

This post is not available for current UWL students.

This is a full-time role based on campus.
