We're looking for a Complaints Administrator to join our team for an 8-week period initially and can start immediately. The role requires an eye for detail and quality.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Inbox management - reading through customer queries and determining whether the customer has a query or wishes to log a formal complaint
- Complaint logging - in instances where a customer does wish to log a formal complaint, timely logging of the complaint onto the complaint register
- Short complaints - identification of a complaint that can be dealt with at the first point of contact and ability to send SRC to the customer
- General admin tasks

**What we're looking for from you**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in an admin based role/customer service role
