**Main duties of the job**:
We are looking for a complaints administrator to support the corporate complaints manager and the complaints process for the Royal Free Hospital site.

You will be responsible for ensuring that new complaints and concerns are registered on Datix (departmental database), appropriate paperwork for the complaints received is completed and the accuracy of Datix is maintained at all times.

You will correspond with complainants and support managers and staff across the trust to facilitate the management of complaints.
