**Part time - 16 or 20hours Mon - Fri**

**Remote or based in Bristol Hub with occasional travel**

**£18,000 - 23,000 pro rata**

**WHO ARE WE?**

**THE PEOPLE TEAM**

The People Team are based across several locations in the UK and Asia, working both onsite with Agencies and remotely. We are a professional, close-knit team, comprising of 20+ specialists in Strategic HR, Resourcing, L & D, People Services, Reward & Benefits and People Analytics.

Reporting into the Head of Learning, this is a busy hands-on role working across all Agencies within the Mission Group.

**THE ROLE**

For us to create the best experience for people when they’re learning we need solid foundations. A big part of this is the systems we use, processes we put in place and of course you, the person they call to ask questions. Within this role you will be taking ownership of our learning experience through the amazing systems that we use. Working closely with stakeholders from across the business and the external system partners, you’ll set us up for success by making sure we have everything we need in place for seamless, smooth access to whatever our people need.

**E-Learning/Learning Management System**:

- Supporting the continued global delivery and roll out of the new Learning Management System (LMS)
- Adding and creating new learning content and pathways to the LMS
- Assisting with new agency data/user uploads and communications
- Owning and maintaining the LMS back office, including updating users and courses
- Bespoke training uploads and management of attendance
- Support with training needs analysis and sourcing content to fulfil training needs

**Internal/External Training**:

- Coordination of internal and external training
- Organising attendees, venues or virtual classrooms, catering, resources and budgets.

**WHAT DO I NEED?**

You will have the ability to take ownership and use your skills, knowledge and a people focus to make sure our back of house learning technology and processes are right for the business now and set up for the future.

You will have a customer focussed approach, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task as you will be managing multiple projects at any given time. You will need to have 1st class accuracy and attention to detail. Working across the MS Office suite communicating in a clear and concise manner.

Experience of working with LMS platforms or a CMS tool is highly desirable.
