We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and professional **HR Business Partner **to join us on a **full-time, permanent basis**working **09.00-17.00** at our Head Office, supporting **Sales, Distribution and Head Office functions on site in Banbury**.In return, you will receive a **competitive salary** plus great benefits.

**As an HR Business Partner, your duties will include**:
- Working proactively with Line Managers to deliver pragmatic and commercial solutions to employee relations challenges
- Helping develop and embed performance management solutions including the new monthly check-in and PDP process
- Working in partnership with HR colleagues on projects and initiatives
- Managing and write internal communications for sign off with the Senior Leadership Team
- As required, providing support to the selection and interview process across all roles
**What we are looking for in our HR Business Partner**:
- You will be Level 5 CIPD qualified (or have the equivalent experience) but come with excellent generalist HR knowledge and be comfortable interacting at all levels
- You will have experience of working within a commercial/sales or operational environment
- You'll have bags of energy, a great sense of humour, enthusiasm and professionalism with a strong sense of courage and desire to make a difference in delivering the People agenda
- You will be able to deal with ambiguity and still be able to provide pragmatic solutions
- You will want to be part of a successful HR Team, but be able to work alone when required.
- A full driving licence is essential
