**Main responsibilities**:

- Organising and managing the HR team inbox, escalating any queries or concerns to relevant business partners.
- Maintain and update employees' data.
- Provide administrative support with the wider annual HR plan such as Learning and Development, Health and Wellbeing and Employee satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support for team events, engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to suggest improvements to HR processes.
- Completing and processing agency worker timesheets on time.
- Support with H&S processes and annual checks.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience within a similar HR Admin role is preferred, although if you have admin experience and are looking specifically to get into HR, then this would be considered.
- A keen interest in HR, and/or a CIPD qualification is desirable.
- A good understanding of GDPR compliance.
- Proficient Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality.
