The role is full time and permanent, which will require the occasional travel to the other office in Bicester.

As HR Administrator, you will:

- Assist recruiting managers with recruitment queries regarding recruitment and referring more complex queries to the Senior HR Advisor
- Ensure interview packs are sent to the recruiting managers promptly - also ensure interview paperwork are received back from the manager following interviews
- Assist in communicating with outside organisations in relation to recruitment processes when required
- Answer the telephone promptly and in accordance with the team HR team procedures
- Participate in recruiting briefs and the wider HR team meetings, contributing to the discussions and decisions
- Use the recruiting system as applicable, to create and manage job advertisements, ensuring the accuracy, and consistent style of all information that will be shared external to the organisation
- Set-up and maintain electronic job vacancy files ensuring all required documentation in line with standard operating procedures is stored securely for future reference
- Time manage and plan own work appropriately to ensure that deadlines are met, taking a flexible approach to activities and re-prioritising regularly, raising workload concerns with the Senior HR Advisor

As HR Administrator, you must be/have:

- Experienced administrator
- Highly organised
- Able to work at pace and deliver successful outcomes within challenging time constraints
- A competent MS Office user
- Able to work effectively on your own, as well as in a team and able to balance priorities
- Flexible approach
- Confident and resourceful approach
- Strong communication skills
