**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**You will be responsible for**:

- Lead the EMEA people agenda for the UK & Ireland market (approx. 700 employees), ensuring alignment with Global matrix functions and parent company and acting as trusted advisor and partner to the Local Leadership team and member of the EMEA HR Leadership Team.
- Implement functional/global strategies and help guide critical talent decisions incl. workforce/succession planning, talent development and performance management to support company growth.
- Partner with and coach leaders to develop an inclusive and high-performing culture, enabling a win attitude and a continuous improvement approach to business.
- Use analytics to enable business leaders to make decisions faster and based on data, by identifying trends, considering stakeholders’ views, recommending solutions to improve performance, speed, retention, and employee engagement.
- Provide oversight and direction in the handling of complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Build leadership and management capability to facilitate an open and inclusive environment, focused on priorities and delivering on customer outcomes.
- Champion initiatives that support the success of the organisations growth and reinforce a collaborative, aligned and engaged culture.
- Lead, develop and support the UK HR Team (Direct and Indirect reports) to create a high performing, respected and engaged HR Team.

**About you**:

- Directly applicable Human Resource Leadership experience in engineering/technology company.
- Experience in complex, multicultural, global organization preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Highly collaborative with strong consultative, analytical, time management, and project management skills.
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to deliver results.
- Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence.
- Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and competence in making timely, effective, data-based decisions.
- Experience developing and motivating a multi-functional team, as well as leading through organizational and behavioural change.
- Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal, at all levels.
