**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have the exciting opportunity to join our innovative HR team as HR Assistant. We are looking for a strong administrator with a keen interest in HR and team-player attitude who can be entrusted to handle confidential information to support the smooth running of our HR function.

You will make an impact in this fast-paced, ever-growing business by providing onsite HR administrative support to our Warehouse Operations team. You will have the opportunity to support and learn HR processes involved within an employee's lifecycle whilst building great working relationships with employees at all levels. You will also provide support as and when needed across our wider HR team to support our office employees within a wide range of departments where required.

This role would be well suited to an experienced Administrator with a keen interest in HR. If you have exceptional attention to detail, are a confident communicator, who takes pride in being highly organised to be able to manage and complete a varied list of tasks, and gains satisfaction from ‘getting the job done’ to a high standard, this may be the perfect opportunity for you

You will be working 9-5 Monday to Friday, based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

**HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE**
- Organising and managing the HR team inbox, escalating any queries or concerns to relevant business partners
- Taking ownership of Warehouse Operations HR administration and supporting with Office HR administration when required (onboarding, maintaining documentations, ensuring data is up to date on our HR system for employees)
- Supporting the HR team’s internal processes as requested to ensure the smooth running of the HR function
- Supporting with employee check in calls for the Operations team, escalating any concerns or trends spotted to management
- Assisting with employee engagement activities
- Supporting HR meetings and note taking where required
- Ensuring onsite support for the Operations HR Business Partner, building great rapport with Operations People Managers
- Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to suggest improvements to our HR processes
- Completing agency timesheets on time and to schedule
- Supporting Operations Business Partner with special HR projects to support team and company goals on time and to a best-in-class quality

**THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING**
- Proficient Excel and Microsoft office skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Solution orientated
- Highly organised and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Carry out work with a high level of confidentiality
- A keen interest in HR, CIPD qualification desirable
- A good understanding of GDPR compliance
- Previous experience within a similar position is highly desirable

- A salary of £21,000 - £23,000 DOE
- 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday
