**Main Responsibilities**
- To provide an excellent administrative service across the department.
- To work as part of the HR team to provide professional, high-quality, timely, customer-focused service.
- To contribute to the ongoing review and improvement of HR operational processes ensuring the delivery of a customer-focused, added-value service.
- To provide high-quality HR administrative support across the full spectrum of HR administration, including:

- Recruitment Administration
- Right to Work checks
- General HR Administration
- Absence of management administration
- Preparation and issue of contractual documentation
- Holiday and Absence Recording
- Recruitment and selection administration
- Administration of performance management and improvement systems
- Arranging meetings
- Upkeep of electronically stored personal records
- Compliance with Data Protection Legislation
- To maintain confidentiality in all matters, adhering to Data Protection legislation at all times.
- To assist in the creation of Employee Wellbeing initiatives
