About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at B&Q as a Part Time HR Support Specialist. As a key member of our in-store team, you will play a vital role in supporting line managers to coordinate employee processes, work rotas and payroll.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite, preferably SAP HR. You will also have experience of supporting business change and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.48 per hour (inclusive of 25p store specific location allowance) plus benefits including an award-winning pension scheme, ShareSave options, 6 weeks holiday and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all employee processes within company guidelines, policy and procedures.
  • Deliver best practice and audit compliance.
  • Support line managers with HR-related queries.
  • Cover store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
