HR Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at RecruitmentServices. As an HR Generalist, you will provide HR advice and administrative services to support the delivery of the HR agenda and drive improvement in people processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in an HR Generalist role and be CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent. You will also possess excellent communication skills, be confident interacting with colleagues at all levels, and have a high level of computer literacy with competency in Microsoft Office applications.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Banbury with a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum. The role requires working Monday to Friday during day shifts.
