Human Resources Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in an HR Generalist role and be CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent. You will also possess excellent communication skills, be confident interacting with colleagues at all levels, and have a high level of computer literacy with competency in Microsoft Office applications.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Banbury with a salary of £37,500 - £47,500 per annum. The role requires working Monday to Friday during day shifts.
