As a **Customer Service Associate** at MSC, you will form part of our Customer Service team and you will play an integral part in our Customer Experience department. You will communicate with our customers to address and solve any problems they encounter. **What will I be doing?**

You’ll also need excellent communication skills to succeed as a Customer Service Associate. We pride ourselves on actively listening to our customers and providing solutions and insight accordingly. You will access various channels of communication and it is essential you utilise them to achieve the desired outcome. Communicating with your team will allow you to share knowledge and experience, to provide our customers with the most informed solutions.

You’ll have to reach out regularly to our suppliers to acquire information to feedback from our customers. It can occasionally take a while to establish the right information, so you’ll need to adopt a tenacious approach when trying to ascertain that information.

Finally, you will need to be someone who can drive results. We hold ourselves to a high standard and this standard is crucial to the ongoing success of our business.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
