Alliance is one of the UK's largest distributors of non
- food products to the Hospitality Industry and Public Sector, boosting 13 depots over the UK and Ireland with Alliance West Midlands based in Wednesbury.
Alliance prides itself on great customer service, understanding, meeting needs and being brilliantly different from our competitors.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, internal sales and customer focused individual to join our team working 40 hours full time.
**Key duties will include**:
- Making Outbound calls.
- Managing accounts internally.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Increasing sales and profit by upselling and using gap analysis to increase product ranges.
- Generating and issuing quotes.
- Processing inbound calls.
- Responding to varied customer service enquiries.
- Maintaining and developing existing customer relations.
**The Individual**:
- Bright aware and enthusiastic.
- Keen to learn new skills and develop further, computer literate.
- Experience within a customer service environment is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Enjoy being part of as lively environment.
