**What will I be doing?**

Working closely with internal and external customers you will be responsible for
- Managing the departments rota’s to ensuring we have resource and cover for new and existing service agreements
- Reacting to Emergency breakdowns by planning people resource effectively in order to fix our customers issues
- Work with suppliers to ensure invoices are paid and received on time
- Collaborate with our Project leads and Implementation team to carry implementation of new, and existing solutions for our customers
- Support the departments H&S agenda through governing risk assessments, arranging reviews to method statements and existing policies, governing the paperwork, and people in order to remain compliant
- Manage and coordinate training schedules and departmental skills matrix
- Centrally manage department documentation by maintaining version control, updates to policies and agreements

**Salary**: £16,200.00 per year
