An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Infrastructure & Support Services Directorate for an Admin Support Officer based at Ailsa Hospital, Ayr.

IT literacy and a robust experience of Microsoft office packages is essential along with a high degree of organisational and communication skills ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in their work.

Previous experience in an administrative role including minute taking is essential. The post holder will often be required to work to tight timescales with mínimal supervision and may have to manage competing priorities in a busy and unpredictable service environment.

The post holder must be educated to SVQ Level III in Business / Office Administration or equivalent experience is essential. The post is 37.5hrs, Monday - Friday fixed term for 12 months.
