Receptionist/administrator

Do you hold receptionist experience within a busy office environment?
Do you have a solid background within administration?
Do you have excellent people skills with the ability to build a good rapport with clients and outside agencies?
If so, this may be the role for you We are looking for a receptionist/admin assistant to join our firm, where you will be responsible for the following duties:
Answering the phone, relaying messages to the relevant solicitor/department
Meeting and greeting clients and professionals from other agencies
Ensuring all clients and outside agencies receive a great first impression as you will be their initial point of contact
Updating client details on our internal practice management system
Management and maintenance of the paper file archive system
Taking card payments
Maintaining the presentation of the main reception area and meeting rooms
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £17,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- reception: 1 year (required)
