DAS Law is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Client Onboarding Administrator to join our Operational Support team in Bristol. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential new clients and provide support to individuals who need our help and expertise with legal services. Your primary focus will be onboarding new clients and ensuring that their first impression with us is seamless and efficient.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering reception calls covering all law departments and directing calls appropriately.
- Making calls to new clients to gather key information.
- Opening new files on our case management system across various law departments,
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to our law departments.
- Processing incoming and outgoing post.
- Responding to shared mailbox tasks and contributing to the successful running of the wider team
- About You- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems in general.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ensuring good customer outcomes.
