Client Administrator

I am seeking a part-time Client Administrator for a 6-month maternity cover contract (possibility to be extended).
Essential - Previous experience in an administrative role
Desirable - Previous experience in professional or accounting services
Responsibilities will include:
- Client onboarding and offboarding per procedures via online systems
- Assertively following up with clients and colleagues when additional information is required
- Prepare and collate documentation according to money laundering procedures
- Ongoing electronic system maintenance
- Site based contact for the Regional Marketing Manager with occasional administrative support provided when necessary
To be considered:
- Have a professional appearance and demeanour
- Be confident in dealing with people at all levels
- Work independently and as part of a cross-site team
- Be able to ask for support when necessary
- Have attention to detail
