We are looking for an individual who has high organisation skills, attention to detail and drive to continually learn and develop and to contribute to the whole company whilst acknowledging our company ethos of care first.

**Main Duties**:

- Onboard our customers at their premises or remotely. Currently we are working 3-4 days a week on customer premises
- Deliver and continually review the content of our training courses to new and existing customers.
- Use specialist knowledge to develop and deliver engaging and interactive learning programmes (face-to-face and online) and supporting materials to learners from a range of skills and confidence levels.
- Test system upgrades, providing feedback on any bugs or potential problems to the Product Manager.
- Build effective working relationships both internally within the organisation and externally with our care providers.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of regulatory standards and best practice requirements relevant to your position.
- Willing to undertake project work or special tasks in accordance with business requirements and be willing to participate in giving formal and informal training to other professionals and co-workers.
- Attend events and represent Nourish as and when required.** Key Skills**:

- Excellent administration and organisational skills to autonomously develop training materials
- Training experience
- Understanding of the care sector, ideally having worked within it
