The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Onboarding Consultant to join our Mid-Market and Enterprise team, ensuring our largest customers are set up for success and the team is optimised for scaling.

You’re an experienced people leader with a technical leaning, with great experience of developing talent and a genuine desire to build a great place to work. With excellent interpersonal skills and high energy you’ll be someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and capable of operating in a fast-paced growth environment.

What you will do.- Nurture and develop a team of Onboarding Consultants.- Lead in the recruitment, induction, and development of staff.- Build an excellent level of product knowledge and proactively drive improvements in the onboarding process for our largest customers.- Drive process improvements/new initiatives across the department (and other departments) and facilitate team implementation where required.- Measure, analyse and report on team performance and take appropriate steps to improve that performance for both internal and external customers.- Design and deliver rollout plans for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, including leading on site with clients where required.- Work alongside a range of teams across the business to ensure our largest customers are set up for success.

What you will bring- Solid experience in a similar team leader role, in a Mid-Market and/or Enterprise team is highly desirable.- A technical focus, preferably with experience of the payments industry- Passion and self-motivation, you’ll love to work as part of a team.- Proactivity with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues.- The confidence to identify and drive process improvements, with the focus to continually improve what we do for our people and our customers.- A desire to be the best and offer market leading service.- The ability to inspire and nurture employees to ensure they achieve their potential.- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build instant customer rapport.- Desire to grow and develop with the business.
