Administration Assistant (HGV Industry)
As an Administration Assistant within our HGV build team your role will include:
- Handling technicians job cards and updating internal systems
- Interacting with customers and suppliers
- Handling general phone call enquires for admin department
- Scanning and printing documents
- Checking and matching timesheets
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Have previous experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Have good administration skills, such as having knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate professionalism
- Have the ability to work part of a team
- Attend work with a positive attitude
- Be IT literate
- Willing to take on new challenges
- Pay attention to detail
- Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
The hours consist of 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary dependant on experience
