**Base Location**: Youlbury, Oxford ('live-in role')

**Term**: Fixed term contract
- 13 months - Maternity Cover

**Salary**: £24,937 per annum Band C, Level 3

**Hours**: 40 hours per week
- including some weekends and evening cover

**Line Management Responsibility**: None

This is a very exciting time to join our Youlbury team as we have had some exciting transformations across the site, including a new reception, shop, and catering facility which we are all excited to get in action. As we embark on the next chapter, our focus is on seamlessly ensuring that everyone enjoys a smooth and uninterrupted customer journey.

The Adventure Experience Coordinator (Maternity Cover) will primarily be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our adventures and will be responsible for checking and creating adventure programmes for groups, being the key point of contact with our customer bookings team and completing scheduling for all staff and volunteers.

You will already have experience of working at an Activity Centre or similar setting and have an understanding of the various processes and systems which help to make a centre successful. You’ll have an eye for detail and be good at forward thinking and planning ahead.
