We're looking for a highly versatile, professional and creative Donor Relations Coordinator to join this highly prestigious higher education institution within one of their most dynamic and outward facing teams. This would be suitable for someone who has some solid experience within complex administration and project support and can coordinate a busy yet highly varied multitude of tasks.

**Donor Relations Coordinator Duties**

A pivotal administrative role, you will be required to support and respond to changing priorities and provide high quality work to the Head of Donor Relations, as well as the wider team. Some key duties will include;
- Work with Marketing team in relation to publications, design and communications
- Support with key events over the calendar year
- Gift administration and prospect management
- Database entry and record management
- Produce high quality documents using Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Drafting correspondence and briefing documents
- Researching new prospects with the Research team
- Ad hoc project support where required

**Donor Relations Coordinator** Experience**

To be successful in this position, you will possess excellent attention to detail, writing, and language skills and have first class ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload. Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role would be required and experience of project support, event management and fundraising would be beneficial. An organised and personable attitude, you will enjoy supporting various stakeholders and use your initiative whilst playing a vital role in this busy team. Experience of MS Office and CRM systems is vital.
