Are you an experienced Administrator, with experience within fundraising or donor relations?

Are you able to work independently and using your initiative in a busy team?

If so, we have registered a fantastic opportunity with an incredible local charity who need some critical temporary support.

Tasked with providing administrative support to the busy and vibrant Fundraising Team, you will ensure donors receive an excellent experience and will enable your colleagues to raise as much as they can for the charity.

The assignment is an immediate start and is likely to be ongoing for three months.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Fundraising Administrative Support Responsibilities

Responding to and investigating volunteering requests Researching new fundraising partners Coordinating donation enquiries Assisting with upcoming projects Fielding incoming queries, coordinating social posts and thank you letters Sending reminder emails about upcoming online events Data input and cleansing Creating social media posts Making phone calls to supporters
