**Temporary Events Officer Responsibilities**
- Ensure the smooth running of the membership programme
- Managing flagship events at high profile venues
- Working closely with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to increase and retain the number of members
- Maintaining materials, including leaflets and membership cards, and managing memberships
- Managing administrative systems and processes
- Continuing to develop the communications strategy - editing newsletters and internal missives
- Managing financial duties related to membership, utilising advanced formula to interrogate and manipulate figures

**Temporary Events Officer Requirements**
- Experience of working within a successful related commercial venture
- Experience of implementing strategies, ideally through fundraising
- Excellent office administration skills
- Proven events management experience, within a high profile setting
- Strong IT skills, including financial management and budgeting
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to building strong working relationships
- Good numeracy skill
- Meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to stay calm in a busy environment
