**Temporary Purchasing & Administration Officer Responsibilities**
- To meet and greet visitors when they arrive
- To raise purchase orders and process invoices using Oracle, ensuring all transactions are carried out accurately
- To log credit card purchases and process monthly statements
- To maintain leave and sickness records and prepare reports
- To make administrative arrangements for training and events
- To manage bookings of booths and hot desks
- To assist in overseeing the budget, reviewing the monthly accounts and submitting corrections
- To provide HR assistance to staff
- To follow administrative procedures, write new office policies and set up new office systems
