We're looking for a highly versatile Development Coordinator to join a development team in this key administration role. This would suit someone who enjoys writing and supporting a wider team with administrative duties.

**Development Coordinator Duties**

A pivotal administrative role, you will be required to support and respond to changing priorities and provide high quality work to the Head of Development, as well as the wider team. Some key duties will include;
- Diary management and organising travel arrangements
- Report and proposal preparation
- Event management
- Gift administration and prospect management
- Database entry and record management
- Drafting correspondence and briefing documents
- Researching new prospects
- Ad hoc project support where required

**Development Coordinator Experience**

To be successful in this position, you will possess excellent attention to detail, writing, and language skills and have first class ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload. Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role would be requiredand experience of project support, event management and fundraising would be beneficial. An organised and personable attitude, you will enjoy supporting various stakeholders and use your initiative whilst playing a vital role in this busy team. Experienceof MS Office and CRM systems is vital.
