**Location**: Mixed - Oxford & Remote
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time, 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
**Salary**: £35,000 - £39,000 per annum

**About the role: **

**IT Bid Coordinator Responsibilities include: **
- Supporting the IT Bid Manager in day to day bid management activities
- Management of individual bids where required and support for the overall bid process
- Review tender documents and extract key business requirements
- Organise and drive bid kick-off meetings and processes where required
- Work closely with key IT contacts and functional heads
- Support and the commercial element of the bid process
- Complete PQQs and ITTs by sourcing and collating the requested information
- Submit PQQ / ITTs in required format on time
- Compile, edit, and proof-read IT commercial proposals ensuring that these are presented in a professional and concise manner
- Working with key IT contacts to ensuring that the most appropriate and relevant IT solutions are proposed for each bid
- Support improvements in the overall bid process
- Review and improve customer materials and support the development of standard templates and reference materials for bid responses
- Identifying ways to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of the bid response process from lessons learnt from each bid
- Support the development of commercial models for medium and complex bids
- Research potential clients and developing an understanding of their requirements
- Work in a confidential environment
**IT Bid Coordinator Requirements: **
- Ability to cope with the demands of a fast-moving and ever-changing set of priorities
- Ability to liaise with varying levels of technical staff and customers
- Bids and tenders
- IT Skills, Strong planning, organising and time management skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focus, Quality focused, Self-motivated, Flexible and committed to achieving team/site objectives
- Good IT skills with Gmail, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Organisation
