Gleeson Recruitment Group are supporting the growth of a professional services firm who are looking to recruit an Office Coordinator into their Oxford office. This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding client serviceto clients and internal staff.

**The Role**
- Overseeing the day to day running of the reception area
- Setting up onsite events and coordinating meeting rooms
- Welcoming all clients and ensuring they have exceptional service throughout their stay
- Liaising with the facilities team
- Administration tasks
- Supporting hospitality at times
- Eye for detail, ensuring a tidy work environment

**About You**
- Experience working in a professional services/client services role
- Passionate about 5* client service
- Super personable
- Eye for detail
- Extremely organised
- Works well in a team and independently
