**Job Title**: Stores Admin - 3463
**Location**: Cloughfern Avenue, Newtownabbey.
**Hours of work**: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 09.00am to 5pm)
**Salary range**: £10.98
**The Admin Officer will be responsible for a variety of Office Administrative tasks including**:
- Preparation of Reports for Senior Managements.
- Data-Entry.
- Responding to customer enquiries via E-Mail.
- Responding to Internal and External stakeholders via Telephone. This will include Being able to communicate on the phone with tenants and operatives.
- To be proficient in IT/Telephony technology and be able to pick up different organisational software packages.
**Your Profile**:
- At least one year of experience in an administrative environment.
- At least 4 GCSEs including English and Maths.
- IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency at an intermediate level.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
**Additional Information**:
- A Basic Access NI Check is Required at a cost of £18.
