**Your Duties**:

- Maintaining and updating Databases and Systems, including filing of lease and associated documents.
- Processing all team communications in an efficient manner, ensuring responses are issued in a timely manner and records maintained.
- Maintaining and updating the filing system and implementation of the organisation's Retention Policy.
- Managing and maintaining the ongoing reviews and actions for the Surveyors.
- Preparation and issue of all legal and associated documentation.
- The digitalisation of key documents, which will involve document retrieval and scanning.
- Dealing with customer queries, including accepting payments.
- Dealing with arrears recovery, including preparing necessary documentation for legal action.
- Processing invoices for payment and accurate recording.

**Your Profile**:

- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- At least 4 GCSEs including English and Maths.
- IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency at a beginner level.

**Additional Information**:

- A Basic Access NI is Required at a cost of £18.
