- **Sending out service reminders and other marketing materials**
- **Assisting in delivery receiving and miscellaneous stock processes**
- **Assisting in the transfer of paper records to our new digital software**
- **Packaging up and posting parts when needed.**

- **Excellent Phone etiquette and communication skills**
- **Proficient in using office including word, Excel and Outlook**
- **Strong Organizational Skills with a keen attention to detail**
