Care Co-ordinator

**Duties**:
- Coordinate and oversee the production process from start to finish
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
- Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure availability of materials
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, working closely with the operations team
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare reports on production progress, efficiency, and any issues encountered
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
