**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to support the Sales team by maximizing customer contact and response times to contribute to the team's success. The key responsibilities are:

- Support the Key Account Managers to manage pipelines, research new customers and book sales appointments.
- Responding timely to all quotation requests, proactively following up on all quotes and transfer them to orders.
- Dealing with all phone calls and ensuring matters are dealt with efficiently
- Work with Key Account Managers and analyse data to enable them to maximise opportunities

**What you will bring to the role**
- Proven experience in a busy administration / co-ordination role, ideally in a sales environment
- Highly organised with excellent administration skills and able to multitask
- Customer focussed; an excellent communicator, verbally and written
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and able to adapt, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
