Business Support Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Business Support Co-ordinator to join our team. This role will be based in our Avonmouth depot.
As a Business Support Co-ordinator, you will provide a professional and efficient administrative/co-ordination support to assist with and facilitate the smooth running of the office. As part of the role, your responsibility will include the following:
**Job Role**
- Perform reception duties and providing administrative support all departments.
- Processing purchase orders, processing timesheets and expenses in a timely manner
- Receiving and processing Sales Orders for generator projects
- Booking travel including hotels, flights & ferries for engineers and office staff
- Stock control
**Skills and experience**:
- Administration - organised, methodical and experience of keeping accurate records
- Personal - an outgoing personality, with the ability to build professional relationships with colleagues and customers, self-motivated, pro-active, team oriented, and innovative.
**Job Type**: Permanent. We are open to discussing alternative working arrangements such as part-time hours
