We are currently looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our Innovation Team who deliver the Innovate UK EDGE contract for the South West of England. We're working with our network of partners across the UK to deliver a targeted multi-year, multi-million pound project to support the nation's most innovative and high growth potential businesses.

Funded by Innovate UK, the programme will provide expert bespoke support to those key businesses whose continued success will help speed the UK's economic recovery and deliver significant future growth.

**The Role**

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will provide general support to the Head of Innovation, Data Manager and the Innovation and Growth Specialists within our Innovation Team in the development of business strategies for organisations across the South-West.

Reporting to the Data Manager, you will provide data processing support to the team and record and consolidate data on project outputs into report formatting. You will support programmes, projects and service contracts and assist with associated day-to-day operations.

You will also liaise with clients and ensure their data is recorded in an accurate and timely manner, as well as recording data on the performance of the contract and recording and updating data onto CRM systems.

Additionally, you will:

- Categorise, type and verify client data
- Produce reports and analysis for key stakeholders
- Log and co-ordinate project outputs and information on performance
- Prepare management information including reports, figures and forecasts
- Monitor delivery within approved budgets and timescales

**About You**

To join us as a Project Co-ordinator, you will need:

- A strong background in administration role
- Keen data processing and analysis skills

Previous experience as a project co-ordinator would be an advantage, but this is not essential.
