National Accounts Sales Support

As National Accounts Sales Support you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to our key accounts, producers, and internal teams. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries and technical requests, as well as liaising internally and externally to generate reports on forecasts, invoicing, and media activity. You will also monitor and manage key customer systems, such as electronic invoicing, product information, and technical information upload and oversee the wine sample processes.
Additionally, you will also conduct regular reviews and analyses of key customer wine ranges, identifying key trends and Liberty Wines listings. Furthermore, you will assist with trip schedules and itineraries, and provide regular support at Liberty tastings, and at trade and customer wine events.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in a sales support role a plus
- Other languages are an advantage
**What you can expect**:
Salary/package plus sales commission will be commensurate with experience as well as:
