Sales and Marketing Executive

About This Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team in Staines. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Top 4 Grocery multiples and driving revenue growth through effective account management and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, including buyers and suppliers.
- Analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making and optimize sales tactics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the grocery market and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
