Starting Salary: £25,325 per year (OTE £33,500+)

London Weighting added automatically while working within the M25

**PLUS **£500 contract-signing bonus (paid after 1 months service)
**PLUS** Annual ‘Thank You’ bonus of £1 per car bought (This is likely to be hundreds)

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team.

Don't worry if you don't know anything about cars, as our training will take care of that for you

**Role Requirements**:

- First-and-foremost Sales Executive buy cars, but they also ensure the efficient running of their branches, and they are the main points of contact for our thousands of customers every week.
- Contact prospects and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets
- Work full-time up to a 48-hour shift pattern (including paid lunches) over 5 days
- Work every Saturday and Sunday with rest days predominantly occurring between Monday-Friday

**About you:**
- A current full UK manual driving license
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- Excellent administration and IT skills
