**Youth Support Worker - Teaching Assistant (Primary Schools)**

As a Youth Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to students with SEND in various primary schools across Liverpool. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons;
- Providing one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs;
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment;
- Offering emotional and behavioural support to students;
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to develop individualised learning plans;
- Encouraging and motivating students to achieve their full potential.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this position, you should have:

- A genuine passion for working with young people with SEND;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- The ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs;
- Patience and empathy when working with students facing various challenges;
- A proactive and positive attitude;
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
