Customer Training Coordinator

We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company. They are recruiting for a Customer Training Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis.
**Typical duties include**:
- Dealing with new sales orders from existing customers
- Running product training
- Dealing with customer feedback in a timely manner
- Liaising with sales and marketing
- Going the extra mile for customers
- Building relationships with customer accounts
- Handling customer complaints
**You will have**:
- Experience within a customer service role
- Excellent team player
- Forward thinker, with a passion for delivering customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Driver’s license and access to a car
