Intelligent Fingerprinting Ltd is a leading biotechnology company that develops and manufactures innovative fingerprint drug screening solutions. We are seeking a Customer Services and Training Representative to join our growing team in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely and effective response to customer inquiries and issues
- Develop and implement customer service and training processes and procedures
- Provide training to customers and distributors on the use of our products
- Continuously improve the customer experience by identifying and addressing areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met
- Monitor and report on customer service and training metrics

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries preferred

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
