**What you’ll do**:

- Ensure the smooth operations, from mailroom service to meeting room support
- Ensure delivery of 5-star customer service
- Support with work-place support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity
- Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require

**What you bring**:

- Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box
- Champion of health & safety practices

Package Description
**CUSTOMER SERVICE & FACILITIES COORDINATOR**
- **Monday - Friday**:

- **8hr shifts between the hours of 7am and 7pm**:

- **40 hours per week**:
