Caretaker and Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a qualified Caretaker and Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Ad Warrior in Swavesey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and facilities management, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
As a Caretaker and Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently, with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include:
- Routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and repairs
- Responding to maintenance requests from staff and students
- Coordination with vendors and contractors
- Monitoring and reporting on facility conditions and safety
